About CMDA

The Computer & Media Dealers Association, Sangli is the outcome of 3-5 years of rigorous activity & efforts within the IT Community of Sangli. The Association has been formed to promote & protect the interest of members, to help & render assistance to members in all fields – be it Business, Personal & Professional Growth, Technical & Technology Updates & most important to bring all members on the common platform.

The aims and objectives of the Association are:

  1. To implement programs for the development of skills and knowledge in Computers – Hardware, Software and Networking, with the special emphasis on development in his personal & professional life

  2. To undertake education and training programs, especially those concerning innovative approaches and technologies for business development

  3. To get cooperation from established professional or IT Companies in the furtherance of its objective of business development

  4. To extend the reach of members to new market & help members grow beyond borders by exploring new markets & by creating IT awareness amongst the consumers

  5. To formulate principles and fair practices in business and impose Code for discipline amongst members in particular and others in the industry in general so that such principles and practices will be in the interest of all sections from members and consumers.

  6. To arbitrate and settle all disputes and differences arising out of commercial transactions between members, and between members and other sections such as Distributors, Dealers, Vendors & Consumers

  7. To publish Magazine useful to IT Industry

  8. To affiliate with any Chamber of Commerce, or association, business house, or any organization promoting or intended to promote any of the aims and objects of the Association

  9. To do all such other things as will be conducive to the development of Business, as they relate to IT Industry or incidental attainment of the aims and objects of the Association

  10. To do all such activities for recreation or entertainment - which are centered around members, his Organization, his family - offering value addition to all sections
